We offer expansive 5 bedroom duplex units, as well as very spacious 5, 4, 3 & 2 bedroom apartments, as well as shops and offices.
To book a unit you would begin with a 30% deposit, and then we spread the payment evenly over a span of 2 or 3 years with 0% interest and a flexible 2 or 3 year payment plan.
Our projects take a maximum of 2 years to construct.
